Michael Narkewicz MD is a Professor of Pediatrics in the Section of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at the University of Colorado Denver, School of Medicine in Aurora Colorado. He serves as a Physician Executive at Children’s Hospital Colorado. Dr. Narkewicz received his AB from Dartmouth College, his MD from the University of Vermont and did his residency and fellowship at the University of Colorado in Denver CO. Dr. Narkewicz has authored over 190 papers and chapters on Pediatric Liver disease. His clinical research interests are in Pediatric Liver disease, cystic fibrosis liver disease, Pediatric viral hepatitis and chronic cholestatic liver disease in children. He has served on editorial boards for journals, held leadership roles in societies and lectured at national and international meetings on Pediatric liver disease. He is the principal investigator for the multicenter North American Cystic Fibrosis Liver Disease Network and the PI for the Liver Disease substudy of the PROMISE study for the CFF.

Dr Priya Narula is a Consultant Paediatric Gastroenterologist, Trust Clinical Lead for Healthcare Transition and Director of Postgraduate Medical Education at the Sheffield Children’s Hospital, UK. Priya developed and established a trust central transition team introducing innovative service developments to help deliver high quality transitional services. She developed the first paediatric Training the Paediatric Colonoscopy Trainer course at Sheffield in 2013 and has led these annually since. She also led on the first ESPGHAN Training the Paediatric Colonoscopy Trainer study day in 2022 and runs these annually. She continues to be a faculty member at the Paediatric Colonoscopy and Therapeutic courses at Sheffield and invited faculty at the ESPGHAN Endoscopy Learning Zone. She is the course lead for the How to manage Gastroenterology study days run by the RCPCH and a programme manager for the MMedSCi and PGDip at the University of Leeds, UK. She currently co-leads the Transition theme for NIHR children and young people MedTech cooperative and is the education rep on the ESPGHAN Endoscopy SIG.

Dr Natalia Nedelkopoulou is a Consultant Paediatric Gastroenterologist in Sheffield Children's Hospital, UK. She graduated from Aristotle Medical School in Thessaloniki, Greece and trained in Paediatric Gastroenterology and Hepatology in King's College Hospital, London and Sheffield Children's Hospital. She completed her PhD in the immunology and genetics of food allergy in children. Her main research interests include pancreatic diseases in children, the natural history and management of combined inflammatory bowel disease and autoimmune liver disease in children and novel diagnostic endoscopic techniques. She participates in educational modules and deliver lectures to medical students. She is a clinical and educational supervisor for trainees in paediatrics. She has been a mentor in the "Women in Healthcare" programme in London that supports and motivates women in medical school. She has been a trainer in endoscopy courses organised by the National Centre of Endoscopy in Paediatrics in Sheffield Children's Hospital, UK and also the Endoscopy Learning Zone in the annual meetings of ESPGHAN.

Kornilia Nikaki is a Consultant in Paediatric Gastroenterology at Great Ormond Street Hospital, with subspecialisation in the field of Neurogastroenterology. She graduated with Honours from University of Thessalia, Greece in 2006 and since pursued training in General Paediatrics and later on in Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition in the UK. She was awarded a PhD from Queen's Mary University of London in 2022 on work performed in the Wingate Institute of Neurogastroenterology on paediatric gastroesophageal reflux disease (GORD). She is serving as the Chair of Gastroenterology at BSPGHAN since 2021 and is a member of the ESPGHAN Motility working group.

After accomplishment of Master degree in Food Technology and Nutrition Science at the University of Zagreb, Croatia Tena Niseteo joined the Referral Centre for Paediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition in Children’s Hospital Zagreb where she obtains the duties of first paediatric dietician in Croatia. During the year 2009 she made her sub-specialization in paediatric clinical nutrition and professional development at two European hospital centers with expertise in paediatric clinical nutrition Kinderklinik und Kinderpoliklinikim Dr. von Haunerschen Kinderspital in Munich, Germany and in Birmingham’s Children Hospital, Birmingham, Great Britain. In 2009 she joined the ESPGHAN where she acted as Chair of Allied Health Professionals. She is also a member of ESPEN where she was actively engaged in LLL courses and fulfilled all tasks and exams by which in year 2012 she earned European ESPEN Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism with all rights, honors and privileges thereunto pertaining. During this period, she started with the postgraduate course and finished the research based on malnutrition in hospitalized children and defend her PhD thesis in year 2017. Besides her regular clinical duties, she is involved in the research work. Currently she is the President of Croatian Federation of Dietetic Associations.She is actively involved in domestic and international scientific congresses and coauthor and editor of University handbook under the title Nutrition in general and clinic pediatrics.
