Professor Henry Ma is the Professor Director of Neurology Department and head of stroke unit at Monash Health which is the largest healthcare network in Victoria, Australia. He is a professor at the department of medicine of Monash University. He was the principal coordinator for the EXTEND trial which was published in the New England Journal of Medicine and led to the change in the European and Australian guideline regarding extending the thrombolysis time window. He was involved in clinical trials such as EXTEND IA, EXTEND IA TNK and DIRECT SAFE. His main research interest is large clinical trials, advanced neuroimaging, acute stroke treatment and service implementation research. He was the past-president of Australasia Stroke Academy and past co-chair of Australasian Stroke Trial Network.

Associate Professor Mark Mackay is a paediatric neurologist and Director of the Department of Neurology and the Paediatric Stroke Program at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne, Australia. He is a Clinician-Scientist Fellow at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, Melbourne, where he leads the Childhood Sstroke Research Group. He is a Board member of the Australian and New Zealand Child Neurology Society and the International Pediatric Stroke Organization. He is an Executive Committee member of the International Pediatric Stroke Study, Stroke Foundation Clinical Council member, and an invited childhood stroke expert on the Global Burden of Diseases Study. His research focuses on understanding the causes of and consequences of childhood stroke, and improving accuracy and timeliness of stroke diagnosis. He chaired the development of the Australian best-practice guidelines for the diagnosis and acute management of childhood stroke. He is principal investigator on a multi-centre study to implement a national paediatric code stroke protocol to bridge the gap between Australian children and adults in accessing reperfusion therapies.

Professor Mancuso is the head of the Centre of Neurogenetics and expertise for mitochondrial diseases and rare diseases at the Neurological Clinic of the University Hospital of Pisa. Mancuso is the Coordinator of the Neurogenetics Group of the Italian Society of Neurology, and chair of the Rare Disease Coordinating Panel of the European Academy of Neurology.

* He is Professor of clinical and interventional neurology in the department of Neurology at the Medical school of Alexandria., stroke and neurointervention unit. Dr. Mansour is a double qualified neuroradiologist and Neurologist with special training in vascular neurology and interventional neuroradiology. His focus and emphasis is taking care of patients with neurovascular diseases and stroke. He is the current President of Middle east north Africa stroke and interventional neurotherapeutics organization (MENA-SINO) and executive board member of SVIN and Fellow Member of ESO , WSO. He received a lot of national and international awards in stroke and neurointerventional field. * His research interests are related to endovascular outcome research, to assess the efficacy and safety of new treatments of neurovascular diseases and clinical trial design as well as medical devices research , stroke , aneurysm and AVM treatment. He published about 130 of researches articles in high ranked journals. He is involved in Editorial and reviewing work of most of them.
