Dr. Latif trained in Anesthesiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident, before completing an Interventional Pain Fellowship at the Harvard Medical School / MGH program. Earlier in his career, he trained in Internal Medicine at Wake Forest University, and served as faculty at Yale-New Haven Hospital while teaching at Yale Medical School and running Phase I clinical drug trials at the Pfizer Research Unit. He earned an MBA and held principal roles in multiple technology ventures, before retraining as an anesthesiologist. He later earned a certificate in Value-Based Healthcare Delivery at Harvard Business School and has worked on national initiatives surrounding the Perioperative Surgical Home. He is co-founder of two data technology companies which build AI solutions for problems which are traditionally heavy on human capital. He has served as an investigator for countless medical device and drug trials. With a strong track record in product development and multiple patents pending, Dr. Latif works as an expert consultant for multiple device companies, has testified for the Pew Charitable Trusts to develop federal legislation to reduce drug shortages, and worked on a Congressional focus group to address the opioid crisis.

Robert M. Levy, M.D., Ph.D., is an internationally recognized neurosurgeon, and currently holds the position of Editor-in-Chief of Neuromodulation: Technology at the Neural Interface. He is the immediate Past-President of the International Neuromodulation Society (INS). He earned his medical degree and Ph.D. in neurosciences from Stanford University and the Stanford University Medical School. He performed post-doctoral fellowships at Stanford University and University of California, San Francisco. During his academic career, he has been a tenured full Professor of Neurosurgery, Physiology and Radiation Oncology at the Feinberg School Medicine at Northwestern University. He has served as Professor and Chairman of the Department of Neurological Surgery and Co-Director of the University of Florida Health Sciences in Jacksonville, Florida. He most recently served as the Founding Director of the Marcus Neuroscience Institute and Director of the Harvey Sandler Center for Neurosurgery in Boca Raton, Florida. He has been the recipient of many national and international honors and awards and has been listed in the Best Doctors in America. He has authored several textbooks and published over 300 peer-reviewed journal articles. His current research involves novel applications of neurostimulation and targeted drug delivery to the brain. In addition, he has assisted with the design and implementation of multiple neuromodulation technologies and devices.

Dr. Sarah Love-Jones is an accomplished clinician specializing in Anesthetics and Pain Management. She obtained her first qualification from the University of London in 1995. Dr. Love-Jones has a particular clinical interest in Neuromodulation and Facial Pain. She serves as the Lead clinician for the Spinal Cord Stimulator Service in the Pain Clinic at North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT). In addition to her role in pain management, she regularly works as an anesthetist for Neurosurgery, Plastics, and Trauma. Lozano, OC, MD, PhD, FRCSC, FRSC, FCAHS Alan & Susan Hudson Cornerstone Chair in Neurosurgery, University Health Network (UHN) University Professor, Division of Neurosurgery, University of Toronto Dr. Lozano is a functional neurosurgeon and past Chairman of Neurosurgery at the University of Toronto. He holds the Alan & Susan Hudson Cornerstone Chair in Neurosurgery at University Health Network. He is best known for his work in Deep Brain Stimulation and Focused Ultrasound. His world-leading programme has mapped cortical/subcortical circuits in the brain and advanced novel therapies for dystonia, Parkinson’s disease, depression, Alzheimer’s disease and other disorders. Dr. Lozano has approximately 800 publications and is the most highly cited neurosurgeon in the world (Clarivate). Dr. Lozano has received a number of honors including the Olivecrona Medal, Salk Award, and Dandy Medal and been elected to the Royal Society of Canada, Order of Spain and an Officer of the Order of Canada.
