Doctor Maria Hemming-Harlo has years of experience of working as a medical expert in clinical vaccine studies. Her academic interests mainly focus on the effects of universal rotavirus vaccination in Finland and inflammatory bowel diseases in children. Her current interest lies in long-term effect of rotavirus vaccination, including potential autoimmune-diseases and long-term protection.
