Borjan Brankov is a research assistant at the Institute of Architecture and Urban & Spatial Planning of Serbia. He is currently doing his PhD thesis focused on temporary and collective use of common areas in multi-family housing in Serbia at the Architecture Faculty University of Belgrade (from 2015). He completed his MSc in Architecture and BSc in Architecture from the Architecture Faculty University of Belgrade (2010-2013; 2013-2015). He was part of various research projects and spatial and urban plans that include urban development and public participation. He contributed in different international research projects including ConnectGreen (2018-2021), Clever (2019) and Attractive Danube (2017-2019) - all from the Interreg Danube Transnational Programme and national project of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of Serbia (2016-2020). In 2015 he received Sakura Scholarship) established by the Embassy of Japan in Serbia) for research paper: Home for all: New Japanese architecture after natural disasters and its possible impacts on practice in Serbia.

Dr. Ogenis Brilhante (PhD. Environmental Science, University Paris XII, Paris 1999 is the Head of the IHS Green City and Infrastructure (IGC) thematic area which includes the master specialization “Managing and Financing Infrastructure for Green Cities (MFUI)” and the professional short course "Green city for Eco Efficiency”. He is civil and sanitary engineer with a bachelor in Business management and PhD (honours) in environment science. He has more than 20 years of experience in capacity building and advisory projects focused on environmental planning and infrastructure fields including climate change, green infrastructure, sustainable development, water management and sustainable energy. He has completed more than 50 assignments in more than 25 developing and transitional countries working for different bilateral and multilateral agencies as well as governments and non-governmental organizations. He has a certification on ISO 14001, he is the author of two books: one on urban environment planning and management and the other on environmental impact assessment and management. He has published regularly in international peer reviewed journals and supervised MSc. and co-supervised PhD thesis
