Session Description

During this session, a team of global experts will discuss the impact of telemedicine on veterinary practice globally. The lead speaker is Dr Jean Gauvin, who drafted the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association’s first position statement on telemedicine and has a special interest in new technologies. He will be joined by an expert panel who will explore how telemedicine is currently being used in different regions of the world; the opportunities it offers and the issues it raises. The session will be followed by a Q&A.
