Session Description
This session will highlight person-centred approaches that simplify and adapt service delivery across the HIV prevention and care continuum to reflect the needs and circumstances of people living with and vulnerable to HIV while reducing unnecessary burdens on them and the health system. It will use effective differentiated service delivery models that demonstrate person-centred approaches across the HIV continuum and their focus population, outreach strategies, resources required, successful outcomes and potential for replication and scale up.
