I am Senior Nursing Leader with more than 21 years of experience. I have focused on integrating professional experience along with multi-organizational exposure to improve safe, efficient, and quality pediatric care. I strive to increase professional growth and work collaboratively to enhance care delivery, expand knowledge, and achieve high-quality care. I am very proud of the experience, skills, and knowledge I have acquired throughout my professional journey. I take pride in a commitment to patients and their families as well as the opportunity to invest in the dynamics of a well-supported and inclusive multidisciplinary team. I am currently preparing for the Executive Nurse Certification exam as well as am a Fellow in the Carol Emmott Fellowship, and have recently completed my DNP.
