Senani Ratnayake began her career in veterinary medicine as a Registered Veterinary Technician. Holding positions in small animal general practice as well as ICU and Emergency positions, she learned quickly that communication was a key component of veterinary medicine. After running a dermatology referral service and then taking a management position she began her career as a lecturer, helping others within the Industry to connect to the people, who love their pets. Senani has working in Industry for Hill's Pet Nutrition as the Science Diet Media Spokesperson as well as a representative for Prescription Diet. By that point, her consulting career had taken off and she formalized this by forming Motivatum Consulting. She worked as a practice consultant for 6 years before moving into her current role as the Director of Learning and Engagement for P3 Veterinary Partners. Her passion is speaking as her goal is to inspire veterinary professionals who can then help as many animals, and animal lovers, as possible!
