Teresa Bradley Bays, DVM, CVA, DABVP (ECM), CVMMP Bio 10-18 Short Version Teresa Bradley Bays, DVM, CVA, DABVP (ECM), CVMMP is an ABVP Diplomate in Exotic Companion Mammals, a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist, and certified in Veterinary Medical Manipulation. Owner of Belton Animal Clinic and Exotic Care Center and Raymore Animal Clinic in Missouri, she has authored numerous articles in exotic animal medicine, several chapters for Veterinary Clinics of North America/Exotic Animal Practice, and is an international speaker. She is senior editor/coauthor of Exotic Pet Behavior – Birds, Reptiles and Small Mammals, and the behavior chapters in both Ferrets, Rabbits and Rodents and the upcoming edition of Reptile Medicine and Surgery. An advocate of children and animals she has been an advisor to FRCCC helping homeless children in her community, created the Pajamas for Foster Kids Program and provides care for the shelter pets for HELP Humane. She was recipient of the Kindest Kansas Citian Award in 2016 and she works to raise awareness about Cystic Fibrosis in honor of her youngest daughter.
