I was born in Rijeka in 1981 where I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Rijeka. I have been working as a family medicine doctor in Lupoglav, Istria, since 2010. In addition, since 2019 I am an assistant at the Department of Family Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Rijeka. I passed family medicine specialist exam in 2017 and in 2018 I became a university master of family medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb. Currently, I am in the third year of my postgraduate (doctoral) study of Biomedicine at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Rijeka. I completed the ALS course, abdominal ultrasound and breast ultrasound courses at the Croatian Senological Society in Zagreb and a quick course on the basics of extracranial and intracranial circulation at the Clinical Hospital Centre Rijeka - Clinic for Neurology. I am a member of the Society of Teachers of General/Family Medicine, member of Coordination of Croatian Family Medicine and a member of the Croatian Society of Physiologists. I have published several scientific and professional papers and have actively participated in congresses and projects in the country and abroad. I actively use English and Italian.
