Emeritus of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of the University of Western Brittany since 2019, I have been previously Head of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of this University and Chief of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Brest University Hospital from 2011 to 2019 Before that, I have been appointed Psychiatric Assessor of the French Ministry of Justice for the Children and Adolescents Justice System Agency from 2005 and 2011, Consultant of the Neuilly Hospital Crisis Unit for Adolescents, Medical Director of the Dupre Clinic of Sceaux (a clinic offering out and in patients program associating studies facilities and institutional psychiatric treatment to adolescents and young adults from 15 to 25 years old) from 1997 to 2005, Medical director of the Center for Psychotherapy and Reeducation (day hospital for Children with Autism and other ASD) from 1991 to 1997, Founder and Head of the Child and Adolescent sector of the Western Part of the Marne County from 1984 to 1991 Currently Secretary for Scientific Publication at the WPA EC (2017 to 2023) I have been previously WPA zonal representative for western Europe during two terms , and Secretary General of the French Association of Psychiatry from 2007 to 2016. I am also active in several other international associations; Board of Directors of the International College of Person Centered Medicine, Vice president of the World Association of Dynamic Psychiatry, Co founder and Chair of the WPA section Psychoanalysis In Psychiatry and author several books and of more than 300 papers, most of them in french, others (around 40) in indexed journals in english and Spanish
