Session Description
Group therapies are one of the most effective methods for changing people to suffer less from problems in life and in a microcosm of group people feel coherency and empathy. There are different models of group therapy around the world. One of these models is "Balint group work" for physicans to prevent job burnout and increase job satisfaction. Balint groups are established by Michael and Anid Balint in 1970.During Covid-19 pandemic, the medical staff around the world were under a lot of stress and pressure. Our team in Iran provided more than 100 online sessions on Skype for support the medical staff in Iran.In this symposium our team wants to present and share these valuable experiences with other colleagues.
