Objectives
1. เพิ่มช่องทางการเข้าถึงการให้บริการดูแลสุขภาพใจกับประชาชนในสถานการณ์โควิด 19 ด้วยวิธีการทางสังคมสงเคราะห์บน Social Media Platform
2. เพื่อให้ข้อมูล คำปรึกษาแนะนำ ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพจิต และการอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมอย่างมีความสุขแก่ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มวัยแบบ two way Communication
Methods
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ ระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2563 – กันยายน 2564 ผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษาประกอบด้วยประชาชนที่เข้ามารับชมและมีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความคิดเห็น ฯลฯ ใน Social Media Platform ของกลุ่มงานสังคมสงเคราะห์เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการดำเนินโครงการในครั้งนี้ คือ เพจเรียนรู้สุขใจไปกับนักสังคมสงเคราะห์ และ ช่องยูทูป ชื่อ Enjoy learning with a Social worker เพื่อนำเสนอความรู้ในการดูแลสุขภาพจิตให้กับประชาชน ในรูปแบบ คลิบวิดิโอ podcast โลโก้ภาพ
Results
พบว่าประชาชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความคิดเห็น ในการให้ความรู้ในการดูแลสุขภาพใจในรูปแบบ คลิบวิดิโอ Podcast โลโก้ภาพ บน Social Media Platform ของกลุ่มงานสังคมสงเคราะห์ โดยร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็น ทั้งหมด 137 ราย ถูกใจ 777 ราย เข้าชม 515 ราย เข้าถึง Platform 1,891 ราย มีการแชร์ 51 ครั้ง
Conclusions
การทำเพจในเฟสบุ๊ค ต้องมีงบประมาณในการโฆษณาคนจึงจะเห็นเยอะ หากไม่มีงบโฆษณาสิ่งที่ทำได้คือ ส่งคลิบความรู้ต่างๆ ไปหน้าฟีดของผู้ดูแล และส่งไปตามกลุ่มหรือเพจที่มีคนเยอะๆ รวมถึงส่งคลิบต่างๆจากเพจไปยังข้อความส่วนตัวผู้มาติดตามเพจได้เลย เพียงแค่อย่าเกินวันละ 20 คน เพราะเฟสบุ๊คจะบล็อกการใช้งาน นอกจากนี้ชื่อในทำคลิบต่างๆ หากมีการค้นใน Ubersuggest ก่อน แล้วค่อยนำมาตั้งชื่อคลิบ ก็จะทำให้คนสามารถค้นหาในยูทูปได้ง่ายและมากขึ้น
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF RESILIENCE ENHANCEMENT WITH ISLAMIC PRINCIPLES PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AFFECTED BY ARMED CONFLICT IN THE DEEP SOUTH PROVINCES OF THAILAND.
Abstract
Objectives
Objective: To study the effectiveness of resilience enhancement with the Islamic principles program for children affected by armed conflict in the deep south provinces of Thailand.
Methods
Methods: Sixty children affected by armed conflict in the deep south provinces of Thailand aged nine to twelve years were divided equally into two groups. The treatment group received the resilience enhancement with the Islamic principles program, while the control group received the treatment as usual care. The treatment outcome was measured using the resilience scale, the patient health questionnaire adolescent version (PHQ-A) for depression, and the children’s revised impact of events scale (CRIES-8) for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms. In addition, we used the independent -samples t-test to compare the treatment outcome between groups.
Results
Result: Children who received the resilience enhancement with Islamic principles program had increased resilience scores significantly from the control group. At the same time, the PHQ-A and CRIES-8 scores decreased significantly than in the control group.
Conclusions
Conclusion: In children affected by armed conflict in the deep south provinces of Thailand, the resilience enhancement with the Islamic principles program increased resilience and reduced depression and PTSD symptoms.
EFFECTS OF CAREGIVER’S BEHAVIORAL MODIFICATION PROGRAM ON DEVELOPMENT AND POSITIVE DISCIPLINE PROMOTION FOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN BY THE APPLICATION OF HEALTH LITERACY
Abstract
Objectives
To study effects of caregiver’s behavioral modification program on development and positive discipline promotion for preschool children by the application of health literacy
Methods
This study was quasi-experimental research.A total of 84 couple of parent age 20 to 60 years with children age 3 to5 years were study sample. Study sample which were divided into two group:42 for experimental group and 42 for comparison group.A 12 Week of program was implemented with experimental group.The program was consisted of 4 activities 1) access to information by heart and build a bond of love 2)understand information about positive discipline 3)evaluate using the available information to make children smart and 4) make children proud with the application of information. Learning activities use for training parents’child development skill were: health literacy development skill,group discussion,knowledge implementation and follow up by line application.Data were collected before and after the intervention by using the instruments. 1) health literacy assessment questionnaires and 2) behaviors to enhance the development and positive discipline in parents.Data were analyzed by using paired sample t-test, independent t-test and regression with significant setting at level 0.05
Results
The results showed that after the experimention, the experimental group had higher mean scores of health literacy skill significantly than before program and higher than the comparison group (p-value<0.001). Behaviors of parents had higher mean scores than before program and higher than the comparison group (p-value<0.001)
Conclusions
The program have a helpful parent's child development skill and health literacy skill had increase.Can be used program designed to promote child development.
THE EFFECTS OF USING COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION FOR ENHANCING CHILDREN'S INTELLIGENCE IN MAHA SARAKHAM PROVINCE
Abstract
Objectives
This participatory action research aimed to study a participation and the effects of using community participation for enhancing children's intelligence in Maha Sarakham Province at Wapi Pathum District Hospital.
Methods
44 participants were selected by using purposive sampling. The participants consisted of 2 registered nurses, 8 community health volunteers, 4 cooperating teachers ,and 30 parents of 3–5-year-old children. This research started from October 2020 to November 2021. Research instrument consisted of record books, child health record books, and in-depth interview. Group discussions on enhancing children's intelligence using participatory action research were conducted into 2phases.Phase1 was prepared to study a situation to enhance children's intelligence in Maha Sarakham Province. Phase2 was the development of community participation model in enhancing children's intelligence by using PreschoolParentingProgram(Triple-P) for 3–5-year-old children.
Results
The results found that after implementing proposals from the discussion group which consist of 3 strategies for enhancing children's intelligence, children, parents as well as those involved had knowledge and understanding to enhance children's intelligence with statistically significant (p< .05). Those 3 strategies were 1.enhancing participation through play time, using positive parenting, and proper nutrition for children according to their age, 2.creating a family network for monitoring and assessing the child's intelligence level, and 3.providing knowledge through the use of Triple-P for 3–5-year-old children.
Conclusions
The results of this study suggested that stakeholders should implement Triple-P activities to enhance knowledge and skills for parents of early childhood children. Moreover, the implementing results can be expanded and applied to stakeholders in Regional Health Arean7 in the future.
