Session Description

In addition to mental health specific vulnerability, those women often struggle under the pressure of familial and social traditions. Mental Health professionals try to offer adequate management in order to alleviate women psychological distress. In this proposal, we will talk about experiences from 4 different countries on the topic of women mental health. The first will be from Tunisia about violence against women examined through cases of forensic psychiatric examination. The second will be from India about perinatal mental health care, the third would be from Iran about women health in primary care service and the last but not least from Bengladesh about prevalence of depression and anxiety in female physicians during the pandemic.
