Session Description: 1. This lecture will address the characteristic MRI findings of subtle epileptogenic lesions considering the current state-of-the-art imaging and emerging advanced postprocessing artificial intelligence (AI) methods for automatic lesion detection.2. The Pan-American Health Organization(PAHO) the ILAE, IBE, the Honduras and Chile Collaborating centers worked together on the Regional PAHO Strategy and Plan of Action in Epilepsy from 2011 to 2022 with important improvements on the epilepsy care in Latin America and the Caribbean region.3.
