In the first lecture of this symposia the 24 months results from the first longitudinal pediatric neuroimaging study that investigated the effect of a nutritional intervention on long-term changes in myelination, cognition, and behavior in neurotypical infants and young children will be discussed. The second lecture highlights challenges and opportunities of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare and how it can be applied in the field of pediatric nutrition.
