Not included in main program CME/CPD credit UNVEILING THE MULTIPLE EFFECTS OF GUT MICROBIOME ON CHILD’S HEALTH - Sponsored by Nestlé Nutrition Institute Session description: This session from NNI focuses on the importance of gut microbiome development in early life and the key role of nutrition in this process. This session also looks into modulators of gut microbiome as an important strategy to support gut microbiome development and consequently support health, given the links between the gut microbiome and positive health effects such as immunity, bone, muscle, and brain health and development. Results from recent studies with synbiotics on infants and toddlers with different health outcomes will be presented showing promising ways to supporting child’s health.
