Mr. Weiss has more than 30 years of experience in innovative printing technologies with a focus on digital and functional printing. He has held several management positions, which include the ramp-up and subsequent heading of an international business unit for digital printing technology, innovation strategy, international M&A and global innovation projects. In addition, Mr. Weiss is an early member of the Organic Electronic Association and served on the technical advisory board of an international digital printing company.
