Biography:
Kévin Le Blévennec works as a researcher at VITO in the unit “Sustainable Materials Management” since 2018. He has been involved in the implementation of science-based policy support studies that help to unlock the potential of the circular economy, with a specific focus on waste and materials management. Kévin is internationally representing VITO in the Circular Cars Initiative led by the World Economic Forum, contributing to the activities of the Organic and Printed Electronics Association’s Sustainability Working Group or again to the ones of the European Circular Economy Research Alliance’s Digital Working Group. For its paper entitled "Ecodesign to enhance your global value proposition: from space to corporate", he received the award of LCM 2019 Best Poster at 9th International Conference on Life Cycle Management. Kévin holds an Engineering Master’s Degree in Materials Science (National Polytechnic Institute of Chemical and Industrial Engineering and Technology, France), an Advanced Master’s Degree in International Environmental Management (Mines ParisTech, France) as well as a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering (Tsinghua University, China).
