A. Keane
Daffodil Centre The University of Sydney, a Joint Venture with Cancer Council NSWDr Adam Keane was previously a research student at the University of Sydney where he studied mathematical models of plasma physics and brain dynamics.
In Adam’s current research he is using the Policy1-Cervix modelling platform to analyse the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of various screening, treatment and vaccination strategies for cervical cancer prevention. He is focused on obtaining outcomes for non-high-income countries, in particular China and Malaysia.
He has also contributed to comparative modelling of various cervical cancer elimination scenarios in conjunction World Health Organization, and is continuing to perform ongoing work related to updated cervical screening guidelines as part of a collaboration with the WHO.
