Session Description: The treatment of patients with advanced stage or recurrent endometrial cancer is complex. Understanding the ever-changing landscape requires knowledge of both the efficacy of the new treatment regimens, and in parallel, a strong understanding surrounding identification and management of treatment related side effects. Furthermore, as new and effective treatments are identified, physicians will need to better understand drug sequencing and opportunities to incorporate approved regimens in the treatment timeline of endometrial cancer patients. During this session, experts will review the existing data, help learners understand the latest novel therapies and walk through sequencing and opportunities for potential immune checkpoint rechallenge. Lastly, the importance of disparities in endometrial cancer outcomes and approaches to understand and mitigate these disparities will be discussed.
