Dr Richardson is Associate Professor and Section Chief of Gynecologic Oncology for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center in Oklahoma City. Driven by her research interest in phase 1 trials and fertility-sparing management of gynecologic cancers, Dr Richardson is principal investigator for more than 20 ongoing clinical trials, including 4 phase 3 trials. She has received many awards and honors, including the Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation for the American Medical Women’s Association and the SGO 2021 Best Clinical Practice Poster Award. Dr Richardson currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition. She is an active committee member for the Gynecology Oncology Group Partners Investigator Council, the NRG Oncology Ovarian Cancer and Developmental Therapeutics Groups, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and Steering Committees overseeing several clinical trials. She is also the Chair for the NRG Oncology Early Phase Trial Oversight Committee. Dr Richardson has authored more than 180 abstracts, peer-reviewed publications, and books/book chapters on gynecological malignancies. She also serves on the editorial board for Gynecologic Oncology Reports and is a reviewer for 6 journals.
