Dr. Jennifer Nessim is a clinical psychologist with specialized and magister studies in Clinical intervention with more than 20 years of clinical expertise. Develop an intervention for domestic violence couples with drug abuse offspring which were presented in the Latin American psychologist congress 2018. Have been a researcher in mental health programs for army violence and displacement victims. Is a Ph.D. student as part of mental disease and Toxoplasmosis line research at Gepamol group in Universidad del Quindío in charge of searching schizophrenia-associated to Chronicle Toxoplasmosis in the Colombian population. The thesis Project corresponds to a biomolecular analysis of suicide victims' brain tissues associated with chronical Toxoplasmosis in four neurologic areas. Advances about epidemiological distribution of infection on mental health will be presented.
