History has shown us repeatedly that we are 'stronger together'. Indeed, in times of crisis, the more we collaborate, the more we can support each other, true in the professional and personal spheres. But collaboration starts with a willingness and open-minded approach from the individual. As an organization, how do you instil this collaborative mindset in your team?
