3B.3 - Live regional panel: How can the meetings and events industry contribute to a long-lasting, positive social impact?

Show

Description

Most large events incorporate some sort of corporate social responsibility campaign during, or in the run up to an event. However, as many events change location each year, how long-lasting is the social positive impact of an event on the local community? Can this impact be measured? We will also look at what some organisations have been doing to continue this positive social impact during the course of the past year.
