Joris Lemson (Netherlands)
Radboud university medical center Intensive care medicineJoris Lemson was trained in anesthesiology and (pediatric) intensive care medicine and has extensive experience in anesthesia, critical care medicine and emergency medicine for both adults and children. He is currently the medical director of the pediatric intensive care unit of the Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Centre (RUNMC), The Netherlands.
The scientific interest of Joris Lemson concerns hemodynamic physiology, monitoring and therapy in pediatric patients. He is involved as participant and supervisor in many clinical and experimental animal studies. He acquired his PhD in 2010 with his thesis titled: “Advanced hemodynamic monitoring in critically ill children”.
