Therefore to determine; distribution, prevalence, epidemiology and strain diversity, describing novel species, to collect azole resistance species, to identify patient population at risk, to determine the clinical pattern of disease, to characterize in vitro susceptibility, to check in vitro susceptibility and drug-drug combinations and to check experimental antifungal drugs in vitro and in vivo in animal models is highly necessary in the hospital, predicting clinical course and applying adequate and cost-effective therapy. 18 REFEREES: 1) Professor G.
