Nuray Kanbur (Canada)

Dr Nuray Kanbur is a Professor of Pediatrics at University of Ottawa and works at the Division of Adolescent Health at Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario and is the President of International Chapter of Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine. Her research and publications are in a variety of areas of adolescent health and medicine, but clinically she focuses on eating disorders and chronic illness in adolescents. Dr Kanbur graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Medicine, Turkey and completed her residency there in the Department of Pediatrics. She completed her clinical fellowship in the Division of Adolescent Medicine at the Hospital for Sick Children, University of Toronto, Canada. She was a Professor of Pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics and Division of Adolescent Medicine at Hacettepe University, Turkey.
