Anna-Maria Schneider, MD, PhD is a clinician at the University Hospital of Pediatrics at the Paracelsus Medical School (PMU) in Salzburg, Austria. She is specialized in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition with special interest in IBD. After finishing her PhD thesis research is now continued at the "Young Hope" research centre in Salzburg with focus on the aging of the intestinal mucosa and the energy metabolism in children and adults with IBD.
