The objectives of this session are:
• To address the latest updates and key recommendations for anticoagulation management of AF patients with prior stroke
• To evaluate latest clinical evidence from routine practice about risks and benefits of anticoagulation for (secondary) long-term stroke prevention in elderly, co-morbid and frail AF patients, also including stroke risk categories
• To gather insights from complex patient cases when addressing uncertainties in anticoagulating co-morbid AF patients with a prior ICH
