I am a pediatrician and immunologist by training. I am researcher in Laboratory of Lymphocyte Activation and Susceptibility to EBV infection, INSERM UMR 1163, Paris, France since 2017 and I have managing since 2005 the hospital laboratory Centre d’étude des déficits immunitaires (Immunodeficiencies study center), in Necker Hospital, Université de Paris cité, Paris, France. I am an expert in primary immunodeficiencies, molecular immunology and human genetics of infectious diseases. I have made contributions to the field of inborns errors of immunity with the discoveries of IRAK-4, Myd88 and HOIL1 deficiencies and STIM1 deficiency. I have published more than 450 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and books (H-index 95).
