Has been working at Radboudumc in Nijmegen, the Netherlands for 27 years – initially as a pediatric nurse and later as team-leader at the children’s clinic. In 2010 she qualified as a nurse practitioner and her work has been dedicated to child immunology and infectious diseases. She is responsible for children with humoral immunodeficiency and hiv. Since 2013, as well as working at the Amalia children’s hospital (part of Radboudumc) for three days, she started to work for the department of Internal Medicine at Radboudumc for one day a week. Here she is responsible for the guidance of patients who are starting their immunoglobulin treatment. She is also contributing to science research.
