I am a nurse practitioner since 2011. I work at the pain center at the Rijnstate Hospital in the Netherlands. My specialty is Neuromodulation for chronic pain and I have expertise in all different therapies with all different waveforms and programming software. Clinical research is also one of my important acitvities and I started my PhD in 2022. My main focus in research now is the psychological factors and possible predictive value in the effect of neuromodulation. Together with other nurses and the INS team I organized the first european nurse workshop for the INS congress which we made a recurring event also this year and for the future!
