My mission is to advance knowledge and concepts on business management (BM), enhance practices, and develop competences with contexts primarily embedded within capital investment (incl. engineering & design, construction, project-based, real estate) markets (CIMs). I have advanced BM inside the five Finnish contractors 1983-1992. I am Emeritus University Teacher in Strategic and Business Management in Construction, having served at TKK Helsinki University of Technology & Aalto University 1976-1982 and 1993-2012, and at Tampere University of Technology 2013-2017. Today, I am acting as a light entrepreneur with the marketing name “BUSINESS MANAGEMENT PJH” under SLP Group Oy/UKKO.fi Service, within the six areas of my expertise: (i) Reviewer, I have identified the eight schools of BM thought as well as 63 IB management concepts with contexts outside CIMs published in 1990-2013 and 92 BM concepts with contexts embedded within CIMs published in 1990-2019. (ii) Researcher & Developer & Innovator, I have 110 peer-reviewed scientific publications in English. (iii) Facilitator and Teacher in university-level learning in BM. (iv) Consultant to companies and public organizations. (v) Trainer of business and public managers. (vi) Promoter via my memberships with SMS, EIBA, RIL, IMP, IRNOP, PM in Finland, CIB, EPOC, and alike.

Justin Hyatt is an urban mobility expert and advocate for sustainable cities. He currently works with the Carfree Cities Alliance and other international efforts to rethink transport and urban design. Justin received an MSc. in Urban Management and Development from the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS) at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. He currently lives in Spain.
