Tu Truong is an urban planning officer in Ho Chi Minh City. Tu has been involved in local government activities, focusing on land use planning and urban development. Tu's current research field focused on the relationship between the growth of the built environment and human capacity with the impact of the globalization process in the Mekong River basin.
