Leonard is one of the co-founders of GLAICE - A digital solution for exercising with insulin-dependent diabetes. Previously to GLAICE, he helped to build the Fraunhofer deep tech accelerator AHEAD and lead the venture assessment and MedTech ventures. He is a healthcare executive at the Sigma Squared Society and spent 2 years at UnternehmerTUM where he co-founded GLAICE.
