Dr. Thomas Grace is the Medical Director of the Blanchard Valley Diabetes Center. He is a family medicine doctor that specializes in the education and treatment of diabetes, prediabetes and obesity in Findlay, Ohio. As a person living with type 1 diabetes, he understood how beneficial technology can be in the management of diabetes and is passionate about removing barriers and improving access to diabetes technology such as CGM. As a patient-oriented clinical researcher, his recent focus is on applying CGM technology early in the course of type 2 diabetes. His wife, Susie Grace, is a Pediatric Hospitalist, and together they have 3 wonderful children.
