Jordan Pinsker, MD, Vice President and Medical Director, Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. Dr. Pinsker’s interest is in advancing technology to help people with diabetes. His work focuses on utilizing accessible technology and applying it in life-changing ways. By leading the Artificial Pancreas projects at Sansum Diabetes Research Institute, he gives clinical input into their design and ultimate function. Dr. Pinsker hopes this will allow Artificial Pancreas devices to help more and more people in the near future. Dr. Jordan Pinsker’s pediatric diabetes clinic focuses on teaching the entire family in the use of diabetes technology to help with management and treatment. Originally from New York, Dr. Pinsker completed a combined seven-year BS/MD program with Union College and Albany Medical College. Dr. Pinsker is board certified in Clinical Informatics, Pediatric Endocrinology and General Pediatrics.
