CVC is the Caribbean's largest regional coalition of civil society organizations (CSO) and community leaders, representing over forty CSO that work with highly stigmatized populations heavily vulnerable to HIV/AIDS. A medical doctor by training, I have worked in the areas of Sexual and Reproductive health field with Key Populations for the last 20 years – with expertise managing teams, research, monitoring and evaluation of programs including the development of M&E plans, M&E methodologies and indicators; undertaking baseline surveys, process, mid-term, and end-term evaluations; monitoring and evaluating multi-country largescale health programs; conducting data quality assessments, interpreting performance results and analysis of the implications of such results in the country context; report writing and promoting research uptake.
