I am currently working on the use of different omics technologies applied to the study of HIV-1 infection as well as in the field of molecular epidemiology of infectious diseases, including several pathogens such as HIV-1, the Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus or SARS-CoV-2 among others.
