Professor Maria José Fuster, Director of the Spanish AIDS Society, studies the psychosocial problems and HRQoL of people with HIV. She holds a PhD in Social Psychology and Master's in Methodology. A woman living with HIV since 1989, she has long contributed to NGO activism in the HIV response.
