Dr. Sahar Zafar is a neurointensivist and clinical neurophysiologist. She is the Associate Medical Director of the MGH Neuroscience ICU, and is the Director of the MGH/BWH/Harvard Neurocritical Care Training Fellowship. Dr. Zafar performs comparative effectiveness and outcomes research using large datasets in neurocritical care and clinical neurophysiology, with a specific focus on the comparative effectiveness of ICU EEG monitoring and anti-seizure treatment strategies.

I am a Master Degree student at University of Padua, Italy, with an interest towards clinical neuropsychology. My work for this congress was carried out at the University of Gothenburg, where I spent four months to write my Master thesis.
