Maja Steinlin is a Paediatric Neurologist, head of Paediatric Neurology at the University of Bern from 1998-2021. She is now retired, still working on part time clnically and devoting most of ehr time to research, especially in the araea of stroke. She is the PI of the international PASTA study - to study the effect of steroids in children with focal arteriopathy and stroke. She is the PI of the Swiss Neuropaeditaric Stroke Registry.
