Abstract

Abstract Body

CT is the primary imaging modality for acute stroke triage. Awareness of the typical findings, pearls and pitfalls of CT image interpretation is critical for clinicians who need to make accurate and timely decisions regarding intravenous thrombolysis, and/or endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) for patients with large-vessel occlusion (LVO). This talk will review CT-based workup of ischemic stroke.
