Tithipong Plangsangmas DVM MS
I am a lecturer in zoological medicine at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Applied Zoology, HRH Princess Chulabhorn College of Medical Science, Chulabhorn Royal Academy.
I graduated from Kasetsart University, Thailand in 2017. I then pursued my career as an elephant and wildlife veterinarian at the Center of Elephant and Wildlife Research, Chiang Mai University, Thailand.
I completed a masters degree in 2020 exploring non-invasive sampling for novel indicators of stress in captive Asian elephants.
I then continued my interest in zoological medicine as a lecturer, currently investigating anesthesia & analgesia, animal welfare, and infectious diseases in a variety of species.
I have a special interest in herpetological medicine & surgery and am also a proud owner of a small herptile collection.
