Dr Karyn Alexander completed her PhD in 2018 at the Department of General Practice at Monash University, studying the implementation of “Preventive Healthcare for Young Children”. She has since expanded her implementation and health service research interests into GP chronic disease management and COVID-19. As a director of multidisciplinary general practice health hub, Karyn is using the opportunities afforded by the health emergency to trial innovative models of health care delivery.

I was born in Lisbon where I live nowadays. From 2010 to 2016, I attended the Integrated Master in Medicine at Nova Medical School also in Lisbon. I am currently on my last year as a resident of Family Medicine at the USF São João da Talha, which is a primary care unit in Loures, Portugal.

My name is Raisa Álvarez Paniagua and I am a Junior Family Doctor in a Spanish rural area (I finished my trainee on May 2020). I love being a Rural Family physician, it allows me to really get to know my patients and their relatives and do a more community-oriented and preventing medicine. I graduated in Public Health from the National School of Health Service on September 2020 and I am part of the Regional Nutrition Work-Group and the Regional Emergency Work-Group. I am part of the “Rising Star of redGDPs” (the junior part of de Diabetes Spanish Group) too. I am interested in women's health and healthy habits promotion as well as non-communicable diseases. Since November 2020,I am the Spanish National Exchange Coordinator. My hobbies are running and taking belly dancing classes and I love learning languages too. I really believed in contributing to the community as a way to improve it, that´s why I am a volunteer in two associations: “Damas-del-Pilar” and “AYEPU”.

Dr Amuthan has a wealth of experience in NHS leadership and digital delivery. He has advised start-ups, investors, third sector organisations, educational institutions, NHS and the government. He is currently a member of the BMA West Midlands Regional Council and the RCGP Midlands Faculty. He facilitates the GP fellowship programme for the Black Country and West Birmingham STP.

Bala Anandasivam is a final-year medical student at the University of New South Wales. He is a lead investigator and was responsible for the data collection and analyses. He was supervised by Drs Michael Tam and Kylie Vuong, academic GPs of the School of Population Health, UNSW Sydney.

Liz is a portfolio GP with interests in research, leadership, allergy and anaphylaxis and health systems. She is committed to improving the care of allergy patients in the community particularly adolescents and young adults. She has been involved in national guidelines in the UK with the BSACI and quality standards with NICE and international European (EAACI) ones. She was a previous chair of the primary care group of the British Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology and is a current chair of the primary care working group at European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. She has an MSc in allergy from Southampton and will be starting a PhD in October on adolescents and anaphylaxis.

Dr. Angstman is an MD graduate of the University of Minnesota, USA medical school and Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine, Family Medicine residency. He practiced full spectrum family medicine in rural SW Minnesota for 15 year before returning to Mayo in 2004. He is a Professor of Family Medicine with research interests in Collaborative Care Management for depression. He was the Midwest Department of Family Medicine Vice Chair for Education until 2019. He continues as a member of the residency core faculty in Rochester, Minnesota.
