Dr. Ubina obtained his BS/MA in Nursing and Doctor of Medicine degrees from St. Paul University Philippines. He pursued resident training in the Department of Family and Community Medicine of Cagayan Valley Medical Center. He has recently been conferred the title of Certified Family Physician by the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians, Inc. At present, he is a Junior Consultant and Head of the Family Medicine Emergency Room Triage and Ambulatory Care Clinic of Cagayan Valley Medical Center. He also assumes teaching and administrative staff positions at St. Paul University Philippines - School of Medicine.

Mihaela Udrescu Holds a Master Degree in Family Medicine and a Physician Degree in Gastroenterology from Faculty of Medicine, U.M.F. “Carol Davila” Bucharest. Running hers own private practice in Family Medicine, C.M.I. Dr. Udrescu Mihaela. With a rich professional activity in family medicine and in gastroenterology at their own private practice, she is also expert in regional pilot screening programs for viral hepatitis B / C / D and colorectal cancer. Conducts gastroenterology training activities in National Society of Medicine Family as President of GastRO Working Group of SNMF. She has published numerous articles and papers and she has organized workshops and presentations.

He is an active Professor at Ankara University School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine since 2011. Also Past President of the European General Practice Research Network (EGPRN). Graduate of Istanbul University. Completed Postgraduate specialization and defended the thesis for Family Medicine in 1993. Is a founder and former President of the Turkish Association of Family Physicians. Certified as Trainers in University of Exeter Postgraduate Medical School, UK (1993), worked in Essen/Germany in internal medicine clinics. Worked as Deputy Medical Director of the METU University for 18 years, was an advisor of the Ministry on FM/GP. Working in editorial boards of many PC journals. Involved in organizing the WONCA Europe and its network Conferences in Turkey in 2003, 2008, and 2015. Founder of the practices in Ankara in 1999, in Istanbul since 2013. Trained in Global TB Institute, Newark- NY, in Bangkok, and also in Atlanta by CDC. Currently is a board member of IPPA and an expert in WHO Europe. His research publications are in the field of Primary Care and Family Practice.
