Massimiliano Valeriani currently works at the Department of Neurological sciences and Neurorehabilitation, Ospedale Bambino Gesù, where he directs the Neurology Ward Unit. His scientific activity is focused on headaches, especially in children and adolescents, and clinical neurophysiology of the somatosensory system and pain. He is assigned professor at the Aalborg University. At the present, he is Chief Editor of Pain Research and Management. He is President of the Italian Society of Psychophysiology and Cognitive Neurosciences (SIPF). He published more than 200 papers in international journals and book chapters.
