Ysrraelit M Celica, MD is   staff physicians of Neuroimmunology and Demyelinating Diseases at the Institute for Neurological Research Dr. Raúl Carrea (FLENI).  The main interests of this group are to understand the environmental factors that determine the development and progression of Multiple Sclerosis, understanding the immunological mechanisms that these factors determine. Dr Ysrraelit has a special interest in immune functions and abnormalities that affect the nervous system. She has been involved in both and clinical and basic science research.
Dr. Ysrraelit is member of the Argentinian Society of Neurology. She has published numerous scientific articles and has served as a consultant to the top pharmaceutical and biotech companies in many advisory panels.
Dr. Ysrraelit received her medical degree with honors from the School of medicine of Buenos Aires University (UBA).  She completed her residency and was appointed Chief Residency at the Hospital Fernandez in Buenos Aires. She continued his training as Fellow in Neuroimmunology in FLENI where she actually works
